EPark, the technology venture capital fund established by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, has added significant legal clout to its services, taking in three law firms as partners to the fund.

Freehill Hollingdale & Page, Gilbert & Tobin and Arnold Bloch Leibler will join the ``incubator" fund, giving help to start-up and early stage companies backed by ePark.

The law firms will be among the ``first-round partners" to join the fund through its alliance partner program.

Seasoned venture capital firm Allen & Buckeridge is a joint venture partner in the fund, launched last year.

The incubator model involves providing funds and advice to very early stage companies, often little more than an idea, in return for a significant equity stake.
